Time to Give THANKS :)

For today's post, I was thinking about what to wear for the Thanksgiving break! Some of us will be slaving away in the kitchen, entertaining the fam, others will be attending fabulous thanksgiving soiree, meeting the parents, or if you're like me you'll be dodging awkward encounters with extended family members and trying to drink as much champagne as possible before my parents cut me off. So with that being said, I tried to find great dresses paired with some sweet accessory ideas that will encapsulate every style! Check it out! :)

Disclaimer: All of the dresses I picked are a little baggy due to the copious amounts of turkey and drinks that will be consumed! So enjoy the free flowing ensembles and don't worry about being constrained

If you're a GIRLY GIRL...
Try Haute Hippie's Caviar Beaded Dress. $595.00 [[100% silk chiffon.]] This dress is sublime for meeting the family, or entertaining your own! Pair it with some nude, lace-up booties or platform pumps and you're good to go!  No need to do too much accessorizing, let the dress do the talking! Also, can I point out that the nude color is perfect for the fall season!?

If you're more of an EDGY//BOHO babe...

Slip-on Free People’s Easy Maxi Dress, $78.00 Thanksgiving is the perfect time to try the Maxi DRESS trend. Very simple, but also form flattering! Dress it up with a bold lip, beachy waves, and bangin’ bangles, and you're good to go :)

Button up Anthropologie’s Primer Shirt Dress  - $128.00. This shirt-dress is an on point fall essential! Pair it with leggings, hoisery, a cardigan, flats, heels, you can really do an array of accessorizing! Dress this safari colored silk frock up or down!
Or if you’re more into a Laid-Back look…

Cinch yourself in Forever21’s Plaid Shirt Dress  is perfect for fall. And at only 22.90, how could you resist?! It's already belted, so accessorize with brown broken-in booties, over-the-knee socks, and gold accessories! L.O.V.E. (Also comes in blue!)

So… what kind of look will you be serving up this Thanksgiving holiday?! Post comments, other ideas, and of course keep coming back for your daily dose of fashion @ catoure-catoure J
